Attorney Profile

Carmen Lubbecke grew up in southeastern Michigan. She is a graduate from Eastern Michigan University and obtained her law degree along with an MBA at the University of Tulsa. While in law school, she worked at the UT Health Law Clinic helping indigent clients and was a volunteer mediator for the Supreme Court of Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System.
Ms. Lubbecke was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. She has a general law background and has experience in many areas of law. Her current areas of practice include mortgage foreclosure defense, business and transactional, real estate law, family and marital law, and civil litigation.
Ms. Lubbecke is admitted to practice in both state and federal court in the state of Florida. She is a member of the Sarasota Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and a past member of the American Association of Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce.
